ARCHER SUPPLIERS
Over the last 70+ years, Archer Travel has developed incredible relationships with Carnival, Disney, Expedia, and over a hundred other travel booking companies.
Through your Evolution membership, you maintain Archer credentials to book discounted travel through all of these companies! Archer regularly provides trainings in the form of Facebook Live events.

CHOOSING SUPPLIERS
1. First, familiarize yourself with the process of registration by "testing out" Sarah's recommended list of suppliers (instructions below):

2. Next, choose at least one category, style of travel, or destination that interests you and aligns with your brand vision, and this will lead you to choose suppliers that offer those experiences.
3. If you are feeling overwhelmed by too many options, please schedule an Agent Success meeting with me, so that we can clarify the vision for your budding travel business!

HOW TO REGISTER
Before you can book travel with any supplier, you will need to register your Archer credentials with that supplier, so they know who you are!
1. Head to your Travel Cafe and locate the suppliers in your country or region.
2. Select a supplier and follow the instructions to register with the supplier.
3. Wait for the supplier to respond or approve your request to be registered (it varies).
4. Once approved, log in and make sure you have access using your Archer credentials.
5. Look for any supplier-specific training programs (offered on the supplier's agent portal).
CALCULATING COMMISSIONS
How it works:
Clients Pay 100% of Gross Cost to the Supplier
Example $1,000
Supplier pays a Commission to Archer
Example 15%
Archer either pays you 50% or 80%
Example 80%
So, from $1000 gross booking cost, you might make:
$1000 x 0.15 x 0.80 = $120
GETTING PAID
All payouts are grouped into two monthly payments, and you will generally receive your commission 6-8 weeks AFTER your clients finish their trip.
You will receive instructions by email to set up your account to receive payments, but usually only AFTER you have booked your first trip.
In other words, once Archer owes you money, they will send you instructions for how to receive payment, if they haven't already.
