ARCHER SUPPLIERS OVERVIEW
Over the last 70+ years, Archer Travel has developed incredible relationships with Carnival, Disney, Expedia, and over a hundred other travel booking companies.
Through your Evolution membership, you maintain Archer credentials to book discounted travel through all of these companies! Archer regularly provides trainings in the form of Facebook LIVE events.

TO GET STARTED
First, familiarize yourself with the process of registration by "testing out" Sarah's recommended list of suppliers (instructions below):

It is recommended that you use a spreadsheet to keep track of your registration details. (There will soon be a pre-loaded spreadsheet available here in Fly with Eagles to get you started with tracking your supplier contacts.)
This list will grow over time as you discover the best providers for your niche and clientele!
Remember:
~ Registering with a vendor does NOT mean that you are required in any way to book with them.
~ Registration typically takes 2 days to 2 weeks.
~ Some vendors are not available to you on day one, but only after 30 to 60 days with Archer.
~ Most vendors offer their own independent training.
All of this can help you decide if you want to work with a supplier or not, or decide how to prioritize them in your learning process as an agent.
STEPS TO REGISTER
Before you can book travel with any supplier, you will need to register your Archer credentials with that supplier, so they know who you are!
1. Head to your Travel Cafe and locate the suppliers in your country or region.
2. Select a supplier and follow the instructions to register with the supplier.
3. Wait for the supplier to respond or approve your request to be registered (it varies).
4. Once approved, log in and make sure you have access using your Archer credentials.
5. Look for any supplier-specific training programs (offered on the supplier's agent portal).
CALCULATING COMMISSIONS
How it works:
Clients pay 100% of Gross Cost
Example $1,000
Supplier pays a Commission to Archer
Example 15%
Archer pays a Commission to YOU
Example 80%
So, from $1000 Gross Cost, you might make:
$1000 x 0.15 x 0.80 = $120
GETTING PAID
All payouts are grouped into two monthly payments, and you will generally receive your commission 6-8 weeks AFTER your clients finish their trip.
You will receive instructions by email to set up your account to receive payments, but usually only AFTER you have booked your first trip.
Once this is established, please remember that you are not an employee who is paid automatically!
Instead, just as any independent contractor will send an invoice to an employer after completing each project in order to get paid, you will need to send a commission tracking form after each booking!
